September 15, 2023 - PnP. Ruby color with the slightest bricking. Cherry, red fruit, lots of pie spice, and some loam/earth notes. Medium body, medium acid, slight tannins in the finish. There's some of the 2016 heat and ripeness, but it still has good balance and isn't overblown. It's seems to be in a mature drinking window, but I don't think there's any rush to drink these up. My guess is it will drink well through 2026. One more left and I'll do my best to wait another 2+ years on it.

April 18, 2023 - Tasted after 1 hour of air. Medium garnet color. Cloudy. Sweet raspberries. Medium plus acid. Nice balancing crunch. Some spice. Very similiar to the Ladd Cellars I had just before this.

December 29, 2021 - Pinot peu original et simple. Robe bourgogne. Sur les fruits rouges avec une certaine astringence.

November 26, 2021 - Pretty consistent with previous notes. Initially more dark and blue fruit when opened, but with time went to cherries, red berry, orange peel, and spice. Tannins are resolved, but it still has enough structure to hold up for a few more years. Seems to be in its fully mature drinking window but there doesn't seem to be any rush to drink it up. Consistently a great value.
