February 27, 2020 - Trinity Fine Wines Tasting (Noel): The wine is very expressive in the nose, rich with depth, buttery, fresh white fruit, thin oak frame, medium to high acidity, citrus fruit, long finish.
    Outstanding quality, needs time

November 12, 2019 - Served by the glass. Another good example of how an extremely young Charlemagne can only be really enjoyed with a couple of decades on its back. Fresh on the palate and floral on the nose where it would unleash the harmonious presentation of memories of jasmine, orange blossoms, apricots and virgin honey. In the mouth it is sharping and drying right now. Without a doubt it is not the worst example of this tasting.

March 9, 2019 - La Paulée 2019 Grand Tasting of 2016 Burgundy (Pier 60, New York): Both grapefruit and pineapple on the nose-unusual to say the least. Light wood, moderate weight, good soil and acidity, mineral finish. Not in my top 2 (of 4) Corton Charlemagnes today, but an interesting wine nonetheless.
