May 20, 2020 - Pale gold, nose of hazelnut, lime, struck match. The palate is buttery at first but then the green apple and lime kicks in with clove spice there too. Long finish.

February 15, 2020 - Reductive on the nose. Some yellow fruit, floral and minerals. Taste light, when aired for 2h opens up with vibrant tropical fruit, minerals and lemon zest. Good structure and acidity, medium to long end with acid and minerals. Will keep and try next bottle in a couple of years.
