January 9, 2020 - Herbs and red fruit. Licorice. Oaky aromas of nutmeg and tobacco. Very Slightly vegetal and bitter finish and cooler temperatures but noticeable at 17 degrees C. Fresh and delicious. There’s something about vacqueyras that makes you want to just one more sip. And at a really good price in this case.

After a few hours the fruit has calmed down and different spices take over. I like it better now. Saving half so will be back.

November 27, 2019 - A nicely concentrated body, with a feather carapace. During the medium in length finish, there’s a garrigue lift, with wild strawberry. Red fruit, baked turkey skin, blueberry and wet earth. I see no reason to wait, nor to stock up. Wonderful value. Drink now - 2027.
