February 24, 2021 - Stéphane Vedeau's 2016 La Ferme du Mont Côtes du Rhône Premiere Cote is a deep ruby/red blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre that delivers aromas and flavors of dark bramble fruits, bacon, Provençal herbs and peppered steak. Full-bodied, freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14%) and with very subtle oak, it stays solid on the middle palate and finishes with good length. This will last longer than predicted by the pundits. Drink now-2024.

March 6, 2020 - Opened, aerated, and enjoyed. DAVEYK39’s notes (especially the most recent) hit home for me. A perfect choice when you just want something tasty to drink without thinking too much about it, but with no compromise in quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, especially at this price.

April 29, 2019 - The 2016 Côtes du Rhône Premiere Cote is made up of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre and exhibits a nose of strawberry, maraschino cherry, violet and spice. Copious amounts of sweet red fruit emerge on the palate alongside fine-grained tannins. This is a fantastic wine for those in search of a bargain ideal for up-front drinking.

March 1, 2019 - 1h air. Medium Purple color. Raspberry, cherry, clove and a hint of dust. Velvet texture, racy acidity, medium-body. Raspberry on entry, clove and a hint of blueberry in the mid-palate and a tart finish, with smooth, but firm tannins.

    December 2, 2018 - PNP (60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre)

Medium ruby color. Raspberry, blueberry, spice box, lavender, pepper and oak. Succulent and fresh, with flavors of blue and red berry on the palate. Firm tannins.
