January 6, 2024 - Aromas play an interesting melody here! A lot of violet ( I think it's just the first time I can surely say about this ephemeral smell). On the other hand there are a lot of exotic spices. Crazy melody, isn't? What else. Blackberry, black olives, earth, bacon (?), barnyard (?) and some bittersweet notes.
Taste - no full harmony here, because high acidity makes a lot of false notes. It's a pity, because the rest of the orchestra plays a delicious song. A lot of minerals, olives and all kinds of spice.

May 25, 2019 - Takes some air for it to come into balance, an hour to two hours at the minimum. Lovely mix of red and black fruits, silky tannins, nice acidity. More elegant than powerhouse.

May 4, 2019 - 2016 Guy Farge Cornas Harmonie (70/30 Sauman og Reynard. Fra 2017 er Harmonie kun fra Sauman og Reynard blir egen vin). Parfyme, bålrøyk og rødbær på nese. Solbær, blåbær, blekk, rå pepperbiff og litt bacon og kaffe i munn. Frisk og medium lengde. Ukomplisert, men tiltalende og markert, uten å bli brautende med sine 13%. Tradisjonell stil. Deilig aromabilde, og fin balanse, men savner litt mere struktur og dybde. 89 kvalitative poeng og 92 i drikkeglede.
