July 14, 2019 - The wine looks straw colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like gooseberry, peach, pineapple and honeydew. It tastes like gooseberry, mango and honey. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

June 6, 2019 - Drank this last night at Tunglok Xihe (Orchard Central) with my team mates.

Pale yellow in colour with notes of lychee, kaffer lime, honey, orange peel and nectarine. The sweetness and the acidity were in good balance and made this wine very pleasant and refreshing.

A very good end of dinner drink. Highly recommended.

May 18, 2019 - Opened this to celebrate my niece's 3rd birthday at Boathouse Residence's Lounge.

My favorite Moscato from the Asti region. Lemons, tangerines and lime dominate the acidity profile while the honey and longans take over the sweetness. Both elements, in wonderful harmony and balance, delivers pleasure and satisfaction to the drinker.

Go grab a bottle and try it if you have not had the chance to experience this great Moscato.

November 24, 2018 - Here we go atruffling... (aka Piedmont... and Veneto); 11/16/2018-11/30/2018 (Alba, Guarene, Modena, Barolo, La Morra, Lake Garda .....): I've come to really enjoy these Astis as an end of meal dessert. We paired this one with an ode to Michele Ferraro dessert that was just lovely. I wasn't sure how the moscato would do with the chocolate and hazelnut but it held up quite well. The acidity keeping it light and reasonable but also then working with the creamy nature of the dessert. Not the most complex thing, but because of the higher acidity and bubbles it feels like it brings out the side of the taste-buds that you developed as a kid without overindulging in them.

November 11, 2018 - Opened this wine at Chao Shan Cuisine today to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday.

Pale gold in colour with a constant effervescence with notes of lime, lychee and honeycomb. One of my favourite Mosct ato d'Asti at the moment and it is not hard to see why. They acidity and sweetness are very well balanced with the fruit flavours performing a dance on the palate. The finish is remarkable with freshness leaving a trail as an aftertaste.

Go and get a few bottles to enjoy if you haven't had the chance to do so yet.
