December 7, 2019 - Drank at winery, very young bottle just opened, will likely improve dramatically

December 7, 2019 - Blue/black fruit, celery seed, sage, white pepper

November 8, 2019 - This wine changed personality 3 times in first hour: thinner, and sweet to start, grippy (and I mean grippy) tannins after 30 min, and mellower smooth gsm after and hour or more. Same fruit profile, seems to show more Grenache this bottle, lithe, sweet, aromatic. Good drinking now and for next 5 years.

    October 8, 2019 - Just a great GSM blend

September 10, 2019 - Drank over the course of 2 nights. Slightly harsher and less elegant than the 16 and 13. Still it’s tasty and full bodied with the Grenache really standing out. Red licorice, blackberry syrup, anise, vanilla, and a touch of mineral. Alcohol continued to peak out so best to hold.
