  January 5, 2021 - This is really very good. Picked up on a whim - because who can resist Cru Muscadet with a bit of age - off a shelf and decided to give it a whirl despite never having heard of this producer. Deep lees influence on the nose; lactic/cheesy (in a good way!), saline, and lemon. The palate had great texture, lemon oil, and surprisingly weighty mouthfeel but with excellent acidity. Crisp and easy-drinking without being facile.

  August 29, 2019 - The nose is exhilarating. Mostly floral, with loads of honey dew melon. Heavy minerality when colder but with outstanding amplitude when eating up with some pastry like notes, pineapple and some vanilla hints (no wood maturation). Very well done and aged beautifully. Amazing works of art.
