April 13, 2013 - Way over the top wiith acid (which I liked paired with seared SOS) What fruit there was was sharp; like un-ripe pears and apples. All in all it isn't half bad for a 12 year old. 7% residual sugar. I have one more left which I will hold until 2022.

September 25, 2011 - EWG does LQ @ SK (Starry Kitchen, Los Angeles): Served blind. Citrus marmalade nose with mature qualities. Light bodied with a dry finish. Not showing a lot of sugary sweetness event thought the label shows 7% residual sugar. More interesting than enjoyable.

February 21, 2008 - Interesting. Used to prepare Italian dish of apples and spices to accompanied pork roast. On the lighter side as a desert wine. Did OK with the dish. We finished it with desert and it was good, mostly because the desert was too sweet for the wine. I think we would have liked it quite a bit if we had drank it on its own as a disgestivo or wine a very light desert.

December 8, 2005 - Drink this warm. Too cold and it doesn't give anything up. Just below cellar temp it has a nice botyrized nose but compared to an old sauterne we had open it didn't show so well. Save the next bottle for a while and see what happens.
