March 1, 2019 - Very bright sweet expressive nose. Always changing. Smoke, bacon fat, rose hips, fine leather, chalk, tobacco leaves, candied sugar. On the palate, cherry, hint of tomato paste, bright acid, very fine tannin, long slightly bitter finish.
