August 13, 2023 - What age? This is as if it was released a year or two ago. Perfect balance, great acidity. Aromas if citrus, brine, and mineral. Granny Smith apple and slight saline lemon on the palate. I have one more and will age it another 2-3. Excellent !

December 2, 2022 - Hard to believe this is my first bottle of this wine after tasting it at the winery back in July 2018. But oh so worth the wait. I don’t think this has begun to hit maturity I agree with some of the others that this wine toes the line between creaminess and acidity. The nose leans towards lemon curd with minty, herbal overtones and a hint of woodsiness. The most striking element of the palate for me is the texture - like a luxurious satin. Palate starts out with a little more ripe fruit but then finishes with a burst of citrusy acidity. All while riding along on a waxy/creamy undercarriage. Light and lively with lots of tension. I’m not going to be rushing to have my 2nd and last bottle. But it may be hard to keep my hands off it. <Hat tip to Seth>!

June 26, 2021 - 1/6. Diam 10. Pale straw. Lovely nose, a mix of restraint and richness, oatcake, some lime and a sense of minerality. Nicely open on the attack, spherical with a good line. Relatively neutral flavour profile with some depth if that makes sense. Lovely and fully ready. ****

August 16, 2020 - Starting to show more maturity with softer, rounder complexity. Better warmer.

March 24, 2020 - At home with my Dijon chicken burgers and "Jimmy's Italian potatoes", medium chill, PnP, drank over an hour.

Medium/light straw color. Nose showing saline notes, lemon, wet stone. Palate of creamy citrus, orchard fruit, mild oak. Crisp and precise. Medium weight and finish.

Really great on this evening, showing the quality that Oregon is producing in Chardonnay
