April 19, 2022 - Didn’t mean to age this as long as I have but I am glad I did. So the color is still quite healthy, a full yellow but no amber notes, compared to pale straw in 2018. The aromatics show tons of bouquet, similar to a aged Bordeaux Blanc, mineral, citrus, mildly grassy. Excellent complex finish. This is a super wine that has blossomed with age.

May 22, 2020 - Light straw yellow. Wonderful fresh lemon and river stone nose. High viscosity, mangos, grapefruits, good acid, and a long slightly tart finish. Liked by all who tried it.
