  July 22, 2023 - Deep dark ruby. Enticing aromas of blueberry, sweet vanilla, coconut and dark red fruits. Concentrated, decadent ripe fruits, almost too rich, but manages to keep it in bounds thanks to the high acidity that gives the wine lift and freshness. Being able to provide pleasure without the flavor fatigue to which richness can sometimes succumb is a testament to the skills of the winemaker.

  May 21, 2023 - Purple rim, dark red center with purple tint. Black fruits, cherry, plum, menthol and wood. Bold and concentrated. High tannin and acidity. This bottle was too young to be drunk at this time, and it showed good cellaring promise.
  
  We drank a vertical of 2012, 2013 and 2015. Some people liked 2013 which was more earthy and tobacco, and others liked 2012 which was more balanced and silky.
  
  I preferred 2012 over 2013. Will need to taste 2015 again in a few years.

  October 22, 2022 - Pop and poured. This was just outstanding. Sweet plums and cherries on the nose. Lots of chocolate, some spice, sweet red fruits, a touch of peach and a dusty / mineral note. Great mouthfeel and very long finish. Better than a lot of Napa cabs that are 2 and 3 times it's price. Got even better as time went by. Really nice wine that I definitely would buy again.

  September 29, 2022 - Dark ruby and purple color. Some BO funk, blackberry, leather, and tobacco on the nose. Vanilla, blackberry, plum, black pepper on the palate with a mildly bitter aftertaste and 30-35 sec finish. Better with more air (improved by day 3 of slow ox) and responds well to decanting. This bottle is much better than the last, esp with aging, and I think is now a superb QPR especially under $50! The glass bottle is overkill (hard to fit in a rack) and too heavy but the wine is nice

  November 5, 2021 - This 6 year old Napa Cabernet is drinking very nicely now. Rich and extracted. Spicy with a great mouthfeel.
  
  Dry and very fruity on the palate with medium acidity and long legs.
  
  Smooth and elegant and feels prestigious. Full bodied and bold.
  
  Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, leather, earth, chocolates, tobacco, coffee, Mediterranean spices, light vegetables and fresh flower stems.
  
  Showing great complexity on the nose and palate with a gorgeous nose. Delicious.
  
  Rich, yet elegant and so tasty.
  
  Would be very nice to pair it with a big piece of steak. I paired it with Caciocavallo cheese. Delish.
  
  A blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Malbec. Aged for 27 months in French Oak barrels. A small production of only 1,580 bottles.
  
  14.1% alcohol by volume.
  
  94 points.
