  January 1, 2020 - Black fruits and smoky bourbon on the nose. Black plums, black raspberries, smoky bourbon, cinnamon, vanilla, and a shake of white pepper on the palate. Low acidity, low tannins. Fairly dry.

  December 14, 2019 - Dark ripe fruits and charred oak on the nose.
  
  The palate was lush with raspberry, dark cherry, plum, & pepper with hints of vanilla and smoke from being aged in bourbon barrels.
  
  Alcohol was noticeable at just over 15%, medium body, medium+ acidity, medium+ tannins and a long smoky finish.
  
  @1000storieswines has a unique wine here due to the bourbon barrel aging.
