July 8, 2021 - Crimson Inky purple, aroma lightly blue fruits, entry of blueberry mixing raspberry, blackberry moves effortlessly to velvety tobacco, then long finish of vanilla, cassias cream, and more smooth creamy vanilla. Wonderfully surprising- drinking very well now. Cheers!

December 15, 2020 - It took two days for the oak to blow off this wine, but once it did, on night three, it became quite pleasant for its price-point. It was dark, as most Washington Cabs tend to be. Blackberry, plum.

November 16, 2020 - 2h air for this Blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot from vineyards across Walla Walla. Medium/deep ruby color. Notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, cedar, bell pepper and vanilla. Full-bodied, dense and robust, with a creamy texture and succulent red and black fruit on the palate, scaffolded by sinewy tannins. Streaks of bell pepper and vanilla through the finish.

August 8, 2020 - Blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot from Walla Walla. Dark ruby color. Plump aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, vanilla, bell pepper and hints of soy sauce. Dense and robust, creamy texture an medium-full body of red and black fruit with a vanilla lift in the finish. Firm, chewy tannins frame everything.

Brooding aromas of dark fruit, char and spice are followed by velvety bittersweet chocolate, cherry and mocha flavors that linger on the persistent finish. The enjoyment is as much about feel as flavor
