med - intensity. Strawberries, raspberries. Green bell pepper, blackcurant leaves, wet leaves, fermented cream, cheese, charred wood, toast, walnuts, chocolate, forest floor, mushrooms.Fully developed.
Dry, med+ acc, low alc, med- body, med+ fl. intensity. med+ aftertaste. Very good, drink now, not suitable for ageing.
A fragile wine that is easy drinking, but still has the complexity to intrigue. -

August 30, 2019 - This was more like a solid rose in colour and style. Very unfruity, minerally earthy and fresh. Ends Short. 12%.

Super light strawberry and watermelon Jolly rancher flavors with enough acidity to keep this interesting
Goes down way too easy, but perfect for what it is. -

April 21, 2018 - Crushed, slightly fermented raspberries and strawberries. Hints of rhubarb. White chalk. Silky and elegant. Great stuff!
