May 25, 2022 - Medium light red. Tight nose, spicy red fruit, with some developing earthiness. Dry earthy cherry flavours and a dry finish.

May 23, 2022 - Very dark color. Firm fruit with nutmeg, cocoa and some savory characteristics. Though decanted two hours before serving, it still wasn't ready to drink. Needs time!
