July 25, 2020 - Lovely showing today, served chilled and everyone enjoyed on this hot day. Lighter style of aspects such as color, fruit, nose, body. Serene and somewhat delicate, yet not lacking anything if such is what one is in the mood for, as we were today before dinner. A well crafted SB from start to finish. Prior TNs lead me to believe it may be softening and could be time to drink up.

March 1, 2020 - We got this for $20, which is a good value. It really needs to be drunk at 50+ degrees to show well. It wasn’t until we were on the last glass that I really appreciated it. Honeysuckle with good acidity. Some citrus.

December 22, 2019 - WHAT?? I could have sworn I had at least three of these left. Well, this appears to be my last one. Incredibly enjoyable. On to the next one!

July 25, 2019 - Loads of pineapple and then a touch of tomato leaf but not in a bad way. And full on the palate but not overdone.

June 22, 2019 - Green apple, meyer lemon and hint of lime. Substantial weight on this SB. A little bit of dried herb and some tart on the finish which kept this interesting when consumed alone and cut nicely through the fatty side of the pepper jack. I actually think this wine is a little out of balance without food, and in much better balance when enjoyed with food. Nice wine for a humid overcast summer day.....that is somehow close to 100 even though the sun isn't shining.....

January 26, 2019 - Pale lemon green, water like, medium plus aromas, honeysuckle, mango, quince, rich and interesting, on the palate it hits you with rich exotic fruits flavors, flowers, but ends with vibrant acidity and long lemon like finish. Still young, but enjoyable sauv blanc

January 15, 2019 - Napa SB, sweet basil, melon, lemon, has some weight to it. 91/9 SB to sem. 3 times per week battonage, creamy mouthfeel but not cheesy.
