November 4, 2023 - Wine dinner for a great charity (Samish Hill, Bellingham, WA): Berries and flowers, nice herbal and mineral notes. A complex and structured rosé to which time has been very kind.

May 16, 2020 - I don't know. I love this producer and the rose in particular, but this vintage was not terribly impressive, to me. Tried one last summer and now again a few days ago and in neither instance did I find the wine to articulate its aromas and flavors well.

May 9, 2020 - Coravin. Deep color for a rose: orange-pinkish; aromatic with some melon, strawberry, herbal, mint/hyssop; palate is medium bodied, medium alcohol (14% on label), completely dry, has palate presence with good concentration and extract of flavor, definitely more herbal and complex rather than fruit forward, which I can imagine some won't like; finish is medium length and also a bit herbal. A lovely rose, and quite a serious one, though not quite with the complexity of the top Roses like Musar. 89+
With a few hours of air, this doesn't really blossom as I initially expected. Still a very nice rose.

January 31, 2020 - Rich coppery rose gold color. Nose waxy red berries with floral hint. A dense floral nature to the aromas.
Palate almost salty, richness yet also a crisp mineral slap on the finish (yes, it really feels like this "slaps" :). Red berries. Complex and very nice to drink. A bit more delicacy and refinement than new world roses, and can see the aging potential here

August 5, 2019 - Medicinal and stemmy. Not what we expected. Hard to recommend. Could have been a bad bottle but won’t buy another… :-(

    July 20, 2019 - Tasted over 2 hrs
    -translucent pink orange
-fairly intense melon with a faint dried leaf herbal note
-med/med+ acidity provides lift on the finish, med weight with impressive layered depth of fresh yet fading melon-y stone fruit mint and minerality, long finish has a hint of tannic structure
-serious and seriously delicious rosé, at this moment this provides more enjoyment than the Vesprée cuvée
