    May 24, 2019 - Perfectly good Italian cab franc table wine. Doesn’t have the richness of a machiolle paleo but much lower price point. Very different than Loire cabfranc. Enjoyable.

    March 20, 2019 - Pen ink and camphor on the nose. On the palate, rich black fruit with notes of red berries and a bit of earth, with light tannins and good acidity on the medium to long finish. This doesn't show any of the strange vegetable flavors that Cabernet Franc has if it's not ripe. It is in its early drinking window, and it should improve for some time. It's excellent, and an excellent value at about $45.

    July 27, 2018 - Black fruits, vanilla, spices. Palate is full bodied, complex structure, ripe black fruits, very balanced wine with medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. Still young but already very tasty. Would never guessed this is Cabernet Franc - different than the Loire style - much warmer and riper.
