June 13, 2020 - Opened a bottle to share with my spouse at home over a lamb chop from Rogers during lunch.
Dark brooding purple in colour with bright notes of cherries, blueberries, cheddar, mocha and cranberry sauce. Juicy with a sweeter than usual finish.
Paired this with a home cooked striploin. Poured a little to cook and stew the meat and the result was juicy, tender steak.1 person found this helpful Comments (2) -

January 25, 2019 - Drank this at home with my spouse and paired it with Bak Kwa.
Dark purple in colour with powerful notes of ripe berries and plums. Although this wine lacks depth and complexity, it makes it up with lots of fresh, red fruits and dark spices. Some hints of cinnamon, pepper, capsicum, oak and coffee completes the taste profile of this wine.
A wine that is of exceptional value and good quality. Will wait for the next sale to get more of this wine.
