June 24, 2020 - Lovely and very unique, as usual. Multi-dimensional with those very distinctive flowery aromas (violet and white flowers), combined with the structure and freshness to be cellared for 15-20 years (I'm still enjoying my 2006 and they are evolving very slowly). That being said, I had the 2012 twice so far and it beautiful right now. Up to you if you want to cellar.

For me this is probably the easiest wine to identify blind in the world...very unique and recognizable as soon as you look at the colour and put your nose into your glass.

March 8, 2020 - Wow! Outstanding. Dense full of fruit with a ton of nuance. The Italian wine of your dreams. Definitely on the buy again list

December 28, 2019 - @Wilo, PR : Very nice wine, super well done. Put togather and integrated very nicely. These folks usually put togather xcellent wine , no different tonight.

June 6, 2018 - Wilson Daniels: Celebrating 40 Years (The Lakewood - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Ripe and fleshy. Slightly sweet giving it a forward and fun character, but there is sneaky structure and finesse on reasonably long finish.
