February 15, 2020 - 80% pinot noir. 20% chardonnay. 100% Bouzy grand cru. Mer enn 35 år gamle ranker i sørvendt skråning. Kun første pressing benyttet (cuvée). Ligget på emaljert ståltank. Ingen malo.
Duft av epler og hint av brød.
Rik frukt og harmonisk struktur. Kremet struktur. Ingen malo bidrar til livlig frukt, uten at det blir for aggressivt. Kremet utgang. God lengde. -

February 3, 2020 - typical Saves style, nice yellow pulp fruits in the nose and the mouth, really citric, fine bubbles, maybe not extremely complex but very enjoyable with a good length

September 23, 2018 - delcious nose of bread and fruits. in the mouth very fine bobbles full, citric, mineral and fruity. very long end. still very young.
