May 7, 2020 - Really tasty, funkier white. Tasted bolder (weird) after a night in the fridge

October 2, 2019 - If you have the opportunity to taste this wine, do it. Had it in NYC where it paired incredibly well with a corn and mushroom soup with truffles. Ordered some the next week. Awesome nose. Full-bodied and floral with a fruity, mouthcoating palate that gives an impression of creaminess. Zero acidity. Unlike most any white wine I've had.

July 3, 2019 - The best producer in Texas right now - period (and excellent on any stage - read Eric Asimov’s writeup in the NYT). Simple and thoughtful. For a Texas Hill Country porch.

Don’t Forget to Soar is pulpy guava papaya peach nectar. Like a Ceres boxed juice trying to tell you something.

May 18, 2018 - Slightly cloudy medium dark yellow. Good nose of peach, nekon, and flowers. Nice initial, cleansing mouth feel. Good acidity. Peachy, melony, citrus profile with a slight bitterness akin to orange pith. Long finish. A very interesting and different wine. Will definitely not appeal to everyone. This should have a long life. Lots to work with, evolve, and integrate.
