  May 30, 2023 - This was one of those odd finds tucked away on the bottom shelf of an Asian grocery stores wine aisle and selling for $5.00. Being familiar with Starmont and Merryvale decided to pick up a few bottles hoping the screw cap did its job and retained some freshness. Clearly not as fresh as when released, but plenty of fruit hanging on. Golden in the glass, nose is neutral, palate is dry, apple, bit bruised, pear, citrus, marmalade, note rocky, alcohol is a bit out of balance, petrol, note of ginger.

  May 29, 2021 - A really nice Chardonnay. Surprisingly, a little more oak than expected with great buttery overtones. Enjoyed at the Llanos with Cyndi and Kerry while Enrique was in Mexico.

  November 4, 2020 - Nice lemon, slight butter, slight honey and has a sappy character. Nice fruit but a bit short on the finish. Overall, nice for the money. $8.
