July 7, 2018 - Nice acidity. Reserved. Good pairing for lamb or pork.

June 9, 2018 - Good, solid BB Riserva from Cameron Hughes, with just enough age to start entering the drinking window. Would love to know who the producer was, as this drinks like a $50 bottle...at least in our experience. Bought as a curiosity, and couldn't be happier with the result.

April 13, 2018 - I'm writing this as a California Cab lover so take it as such. It is my first Barbaresco and it was quite a success. This is a big wine with more "red" fruit flavors than most Cali Cabs but in a good way. It is a bit more subdued than the Lot 593 Barolo we opened the same night, perhaps a bit more "civilized" or sophisticated.
