Community Tasting Notes 4

    December 11, 2020 - Diam10.
    Dark ruby-violet.
Nose: buttered popcorn at first, then an earthy note and a dark fruit garrigue note.
Palate: a mineral core. Some dark fruits. Sappy. An orange pith tartness on the finish.

the initial nose worried me at first, but opened up nicely. Perhaps a richer pinot but still an overall nice balance, and still showing young

    July 29, 2020 - Diam10 cork. 13.4% abv.
Light violet with some transparency, some legs. Nose an herbal tinge, grapey, a lifted note. Palate light bodied yet a satisfying weight overall, black fruited but with a cranberry flavor, a mineral note towards the finish. Nice and still young I think.
91 pts. Good with burger and fries.

June 8, 2018 - Willamette Valley Trip - June 2018; 6/8/2018-6/11/2018: From the Chahalem Mountains. This is young…deep purple color, strawberries and cranberries with some tart acidity on the finish.
