May 19, 2021 - Corked. Not too bad, drank a glass but threw the rest away.

September 17, 2020 - This is way sweeter than one would expect from Sauvignon Blanc, but it is quite enjoyable.

July 10, 2020 - Method: pop and pour; 59 degrees; white wine glass

Look: pale straw; many very slow legs, high viscosity

Nose: stone fruit/peach, mineral, sea shell, bit of fresh cut grass, little butter biscuit

Palate: unripe stone fruit, lemon pith, grass; long finish sea shell, minerality, maybe hint of flint; dry; full- body, with a very smooth, slightly waxy mouthfeel; medium+ acidity; a slight touch of warmth on the finish (maybe from it being too warm)... after putting it back in the fridge, the warmth vanished, but the flavor was a bit less pronounced, so it didn't affect my overall score.

Overall: I love the great, full body on this wine along with the nice balance. There's not a ton of complexity or depth in the flavor, but the minerally finish provides a nice contrast to the fruitier attack and midpalate. Very good wine, that's just short of being great (90+ points) due to a touch of warmth.

July 10, 2020 - The wine looks straw colored; the legs are slow and there is no sediment in the bottle.

It smells like peach, dinner roll (yeast) & stone fruit with notes of floral but not super expressive.

It tastes like a peach creamsicle, floral, slight yeast, lemongrass and citrus. The body is medium+. The wine has polished texture; medium acidity; and it has a medium lasting finish with notes of peach creamsicle.

Overall this wine has a beautifully balanced mouthfeel and while it's not very complex or thought provoking and not incredibly expressive, it's still a very enjoyable and pleasant drink.
