July 9, 2021 - Wow. Nose is exploding with orchard fruit and flowers. Palate has a slight nuttiness/jura funk. Beautiful acidity to balance. Every Ganevat white I have, i wonder why i don't have more...

July 3, 2021 - Some Jura funk, lively aromatics. Slight effervescence on juicy, tense palate.

June 11, 2021 - KYD BYO (Koan): Stunning and piercing acidity. Precise and defined flavors but also some complexity. Loved it!

May 29, 2021 - Started with some light fizz, which dissipated in the glass after 5’. Drank the bottle over two days. Another great Ganevat centred on lemon/apple notes, mineral but with one fat from the ‘15 vintage. Good acidity giving it old length, and turning it into a super food wine

September 18, 2020 - Decanted & chilled in a Voss bottle prior to serving during dinner. Nose had that "tell-tale" naturalish'ness, some bits of nougat notes. Palate was a bit closed, but one could definitely tell that this hailed from a ripe vintage with yellow orchard fruits, ripe lemons. Comparatively with the Keller VdF, this came across as being "fatter" and less chiseled. Interesting to see how this will turn out with more cellar age...
