April 21, 2021 - A mixture of red and dark licorice on the nose, but takes vigorous swirling to coax this out of the stem. Also presents as reserved on the palate. This wine was tight as a drum, good ingredients but needs time to unfold. Finished 3rd of 6.

February 24, 2020 - Lobenberg: Aromen von Mineralien, schwarzen Früchten und Vanille in kräftigem, sehr konzentriertem und intensivem Körper mit großer Harmonie und Länge. Der würzige blockbuster mit unendlicher Power und doch feinsten Gerbstoffen steht in der ersten Reihe des Priorat. 97+/100
