March 22, 2018 - Perrier-Jouët Champagne (Firenze): Pale old pink. Fine and persistent perlage.
At nose, beyond the same gypsum note, a bouquet od dried flowers and anise. Peanuts.
Nice structure at taste, full, rich, complex, entering agile, with acidity and pink pamplemousse notes, and closing with small red berries reminds. Very well balanced. Great.
