  October 14, 2023 - D+0h: a little bit of deposit in the filter, quite some in the bottle, smells of sour cherry and violets D+3h: purple red colour, on the rim cherry red, smells of violets, sour cherry and in the background slightly of liquorice, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth sour cherry, violets, acidity and a little bit of liquorice in the background, in the aftertaste violets, sour cherry, acidity and a little bit of liquorice, good length (30 sec), really great red wine, the flavour profile is quite remarkable, stands out from other wines.

  March 14, 2019 - Very interesting wine, well made, medium bodied, med to high acidity, red fruit on nose, well balanced, medium finish, fresh and enjoyable departure from the norm.

  February 21, 2019 - La robe est rubis moyen semi-translucide. Le vin dégage un parfum de fruits noirs frais, de pierre concassé et d'épices douces. Avec l'aération on perçoit également les fleurs mauves. La bouche est juteuse, pulpeuse, sapide, avec une fraicheur étonante, grace à une belle acidité. Les tanins sont finement rugueux. Termine sur une belle finale fraiche et légèrement salivante. Très beau!

  November 13, 2018 - Le vin dévoile une jolie robe rubis intense aux reflets violacés. Il émane un parfum frais de violette, de fruits noirs écrasés, de pierre concassée et de terre noire. La bouche explose en fraicheur. Avec cette acidité tonique et ce fruit ample et juteux! Le tout patinant sur des tanins fins et élégants. Se termine sur une finale fraiche et salivante, laissant une impression de pureté..
