December 27, 2021 - Bone dry, acidic and salty - wonderful with fish. Very greek and very wonderful and unique.

    Assez long en finale.
    Beau RQP.

May 7, 2020 - Nose: lemon, lemon zest, flinty, wet stones, pure
Taste: medium to full bodied, medium+ acidity, lemon, grapefruit, steely, saline, very salty(the most salty wine I have ever tasted), very mineral mainly chalk and slate, nice salty-mineral and acidic finish, huge minerality not much fruit but still good balance

April 21, 2020 - Dulcie, rummaging in the fridge for something white, picks this up that I have just opened. Displaying her characteristic implicit cultural biases she utters some disparaging words about Greek wine, to which I respond that this is good. It is. A pleasant golden straw color, the nose is faintly redolent of cat pee (not altogether wrong in drink) and saline, volcanic and mineral, a little sulfur, creamy mouthfeel, citrus notes, moderate - high acidity. Evidently, she liked it as the rest of the bottle disappeared.
