While an abundance of acidity is definitely preferable to too little, DL was more generous than I am. I'd give this a pass, so many great CBs out there. This is not one of them.

February 2, 2020 - I enjoyed this Chenin. A drier style and lingering tang & bitterness on the finish. Lighter style. Needs something to counterbalance the acid and bitterness for my palate.

September 24, 2019 - Pretty neutral in terms of aromas. Apple, honey, lemon zest. Underlying salinity on the pallet that leads to some phenolic bite. Good wine, albeit simple

February 1, 2019 - Lemons, apples, beeswax. Slightly lighter than a typical chenin. Loved this wine, could drink it all night.
