April 22, 2019 - Strawberry and cherry aroma. More red fruit notes upon tasting and a vanilla note that is almost like caramel. Tannins give it a backbone. Very good and not surprising this DOCG overlaps with Brunello di Montalcino.

February 16, 2019 - Good, lighter style of Chianti that is 100% sangiovese. Served with Manicotti on a Friday night. Enjoyed the wine, but I don't think I will buy again.
