August 20, 2019 - Quite light in color. Red fruit, smoke, and white pepper on the interesting nose. Cherries, pepper, spices, and red fruit on the palate. Good finish. Fantastic Cote du Rhône! 92+

August 17, 2019 - Wonderfully light, floral, tart, and fruity. This wine still has a strong pink grapefruit component, with strawberry, roses, and cherry underneath. It's fresh and juicy, and straightforward. There's bit of green in there too.

July 27, 2019 - Light ruby, youthful color; nose is intensely perfumed, wild strawberry, garrigue spice, floral, slight sweetness, some herbal, elegant and complex; palate is light bodied, high alcohol (though bottle says only 13%), low tannin, medium to medium-plus acidity, plenty of elegant red berry fruit, strawberries, slight tartness and bitterness though the midpalate that adds a bit of complexity; finish is medium-long. Though the alcohol is higher on the palate than I might prefer, the nose is truly world class. The wine overall is incredibly well made, complex, full of character, and a step up from the Vaucluse of the same year. In the Rayas style, and completely worth the ~$40. 92+
Day 2: Largely similar, excellent elegance. There was a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottle which was unexpected for a recent release.

July 26, 2019 - The nose showed intense ripe strawberry, laced with sweet herbs, spice and florals, with lifting minerality, and spice. On the palate, I found soft, enveloping textures offset by zesty acids and spice, as tart dark red fruits with an herbal twang flooded the senses. The finish was long, showing ripe, dark red fruits and sweet spice with resonating minerals and mouth watering acidity.

July 9, 2019 - Strawberries, cherries, very light and an abundance of fruit. I don't see the appeal here; to me, this is nothing but a grossly overpriced 'vin de soif', with the heat of alcohol becoming painfully apparent when the wine warms up in the glass.

Mind you, it's not bad or faulty, it just totally doesn't justify its rating (not by a long shot)
