June 27, 2022 - Somewhat cloudy lemon yellow; high toned and natty at first but this continually opens up and puts on weight with air, love the grilled lemon and minerality, custardy texture, no hard edges but the acid kicks in on the back and gives lots of great drive, still going strong and look forward to the others.

May 27, 2022 - Jura is the new Burgundy! Lychee, papaya, apricot, light reduction, soft honey / butter, note of lemon, great balance and complexity, medium round, strong long finish.

May 22, 2022 - From magnum. Brought this to a party, so no formal notes, but this bottle was fantastic! Best negociant Ganevat I've had.

February 4, 2021 - Stony minerality, yellow and red apples, creamy grilled lemon, a little nutty. An echo of the domain wines, not quite there but enjoyable.

January 7, 2021 - Bright yellow; piercing nose of candied lemon, rocky, and dense earth, slight reduction and a not quite Burgundy nose; on the palate there is a firm acid, lemons galore, mineral, sappy mid palate, weight and presence with a wiry focused finale; very delicious; gave this a good 2 hr decant for some of the reduction to blow off and only got better in the glass.

September 5, 2020 - Lemon sorbet is a great call on the nose, along with a hint of nutmeg. Smoky minerals on the nose and palate with white pear, gun flint, tart nectarine. Rather piercing acidity, too, but remains in balance. Still on the upward side of the slope, I would think

August 2, 2020 - It is a shrilling wine with the acidity, but i enjoy that. Actually, since the bottle has been open, the acidity has tamed down. It has nice citrus fruit and some pineapple, lots of minerality and a medium finish.

July 13, 2020 - Typical weightless, dusty, citrus fruit-brillians from Ganevat. Rocks and smoky minerality. Very Jura. Direct and disarming with electric acidity. Not overly complex but a pure joy to drink.

June 9, 2020 - light golden color with some sediment at the bottom of the bottle, scents of pineapple, lime zest and wet stone give way to an engaging and intense palate with lots of stone fruit, mineral, lemon and dried ginger flavors, tart and energetic, might do pretty well in the cellar for a while, match is going to be grilled shrimp over saffron rice

October 27, 2019 - Very beautiful, clear, fresh and pure nose lemon sorbet, orange blossoms and warm/humid steaming limestone and pebbels after a hot summerrain. Clear expression on the palate, quite substantial for Ganevat. Fresh and animating acidity, expressive, slightly smoky minerality, aromatic corresponding with the impressions in the bouquet. Now already wonderful to drink, animating and yet balanced.
