  November 26, 2020 - Not up to the level of the previous bottles; started the same but than the wine lost some direction. At day two the wine found more its path ending with a nice balance and more body and taste.

  September 18, 2020 - Citrus, nuts and chalky minerality on the nose. On the palate, the wine is very straight and focused, with a great balance of its citric and mineral elements. Not as "tidy" or elegant as Burgundy Chardonnay, rather its colorful cousin.

  May 23, 2020 - If it was a burgundy you could say 'A bit too much wood', but it is Jura were the wood and the hint of vanilla make a superb marriage with the underlying nutty and almond impression. Combined with the purity you always get from Jean-François and the refreshing chardonnay citrus you have a lovely evening.
