March 6, 2021 - Impenetrable red color. Pleasant nose with gentle oak, leather and wood notes. Well balanced tannins which descend on the gums. Good acidity that go well together with the fragrant character and core. Should keep well.

July 5, 2020 - Color: luscious dark ruby
Nose: strawberry parfait and sour cherry. Then blackberry and blueberry. Minerals and black pepper. Buttermilk, slightly oxidized apple, a hint of vanilla
Palate: just so rich with aromas that confirm the nose, but with a lot of dry rose too. Acidity is high and tannins medium and refined. Full body. Just a huge huge Barbera.
Finish: miles
The 16 was actually more open than this - but imho this shows more promise. Decant abundantly!1 person found this helpful Comment
