July 21, 2019 - Less fruit, more nut. Almond, with a backbone and some length

May 10, 2019 - A mix of several grape varieties. Although some residual sweetness, it retains lightness/elegance and is nice to sip on its own, but also has enough concentration in flavour to go well with our salmon lasagna. Age has nicely rounded all sharp corners of this wine as well as given the wine time to develop maximum conplexity. I see no reason to store this further.

January 2, 2019 - One of my favorite producers. As open as it is going to get and is showing beautifully. Great with asian food. I would go ahead and drink up if I had any left.

May 16, 2018 - Lightly Sweet, with good complexity. PDQ93

March 14, 2016 - My last bottle of these. Deep golden in color. Starting to show the slightest bit of oxidation. Amazing nose of lychee, grapefruit, minerals and sea air. Wonderful, lush texture. Deep an complex layers of minerals with some fruit. Good acidity. Grapefruits and lemon zest. Nice finish. Better as it warms up. No immediate hurry but seems to be zeroing in on peak IMO.
