April 2, 2020 - Full lemon colour. Medium nose with charred wood, oak, butter, vanilla, yellow apples and lemon. Pronounced taste of yellow apples, lime, charred wood, butter, minerals, grapefruit and straw. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An okay and interesting Canadian Chardonnay, my first actually. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
September 25, 2019 - On the nose, expect fragrant aromas of jasmine - along with notes of pear & vanilla shortbread, of all things. (No, I am not dreaming of Christmas already...)
The palate is bursting with bright stone fruit & creamy caramels. This wine has great intensity & a nice texture - the acidity is very mouthwatering.
Just get it.

July 11, 2019 - Smooth, round and well-constructed. Redolent with tropical fruit, citrus, golden apple, pear, and mineral. Drinks like a young Chablis. Really fine stuff. A special wine at a great price.
