January 25, 2020 - My first Alsace Pinot Blanc, so can't say if its representative or not. Lots of stone fruit, apricot and a hint of pear. A bit flabby in the mid palate, lacking in acidity. The lack of acidity makes it taste almost slightly off dry. Still, clearly a very well made, pleasant and interesting wine. Can’t see it improving.

Super bel accord avec la tarte fine aux poires et pommes et chèvre.
Nez expressif sur les fleurs et la cire d`abeille.
En bouche, belle amplitude, un peu gras avec du miel
des poires et un peu de silex.

March 12, 2019 - La note tient compte de l'excellent rapport Q-P.
Jaune impérial assez soutenu.
Nez ouvert, fleurs mielés (trèfle), miel, fruits exotiques.
En bouche, du fruit bien mûre et de la mache. Une mince acidité suffisante pour maintenir le vin, heureusement un alcool bas. Une persistance moyenne. C'est gourmand, on en redemande et la bouteille se vide.... Je partage l'avis de "THEFATBASTARD", il me semble être à la limite supérieure d'un vin sec, soit 5 à 6 g/L. Servir et maintenir frais. -
