February 10, 2019 - Nice German-styled Riesling. Easy drinking, semi-sweet, touch of petrol. Went nicely with butternut squash soup.

August 2, 2018 - Medium amber color. Green herb (tarragon) with a soft peach/stone fruit aroma. Crisp palate of ripe green apple, mint with a little chalky finish that keeps it interesting with a good bout of acidity. Dry but there’s the smallest hint of sweetness as to not make it so severe.
    With some sushi in Maui.
