September 25, 2021 - Opened about an hour before pouring a glass. This started pretty big and tanic before settling down over the next few hours. Once it mellowed out a bit, this is a really nice Bordeaux blend with big red fruit, anise, coffee and salinity. Really nice texture.

This is a big wine. I’d give it a good decant or hold another year or two.
