• Quaffing in Colorado Does not like this wine: 84 points

  May 2, 2021 - Rotten cantaloupe and wet dog aromas on the off putting and overly oaked bouquet, otherwise average citrusy and tropical fruit Chard notes on the medium-light palate. Again, the oak gets in the way. Won't buy again.

  March 23, 2021 - A solid, classically Californian Chardonnay. Tropical in character, with noticeable oak, but it doesn’t feel manipulated and the ripeness is in check. Ultimately, the acidity is there to hold it together nicely and this is pretty tasty.

  July 4, 2020 - PnP. Medium gold in color. Classic chard nose...papaya, lemon, healthy amount of oak, and some minerality. Medium body. Medium acidity to balance it. More warmer climate than I would expect from Fort Ross.

  June 6, 2020 - Nicely balanced Cali Chard. Enough lemon, hazelnut and delicate flowers not overwhelmed by excess oak. Maybe a bit more complexity would elevate it to outstanding. As it is, excellent QPR under $20. Drink now - 2023
