Community Tasting Notes 3

  • saintpauliaally Likes this wine:

June 2, 2020 - Bright aromas of white flowers, lemon chiffon, Meyer lemon, candied peach, and ripe pear. On the palate we have candied orange, candied lemon, peach flesh, syrupy white florals, and ruby grapefruit. Gentil d'Alsace style blend.
A little too weighty to be an aperitif (how I enjoyed it), but I think this is a fantastic food-pairing wine. Pair with pork chops or marinated, grilled chicken.

May 15, 2019 - Spectacular white, the one I’ve been looking for.

December 26, 2018 - Typically do not drink much white wine. This white was smooth, easy to drink and an excellent choice for the summer bbq.
