August 20, 2023 - Green pepper on nose. Fresh strawberry and moss and maybe blueberry on palette. Finish isn’t overwhelming but is quite pleasant, if not understated. Not too much alcohol.

December 24, 2021 - Really great! Nice astringency but in a captivating way instead of an off putting way. Very long finish. Almost a slight bitterness but in great balance.
