September 24, 2019 - Intense, driven, citrus. Good depth and energy. Quite exceptional but not giving a lot right now. Would wait a few years on this.

March 29, 2019 - Popped over lunch at Mei-I Sushi. Drank and finished over 2 hours.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs. Fine frothy bubbles.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of marzipan, chalky limestone minerality, bready yeast, citrus lemon. Developing.
On the palate, dry, super high mouth-sucking acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium+ body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of sour citrus lemon pulp, orange peel, kumquats, zour/sour bomb, limestone minerality. Sweet yellow peach and apricot with more air. Very long sucking long finish.
Very good quality. A bit too intense and not integrated yet at the moment. Needs to age maybe another 3 years to tone down. Keep calm and age along. Will reward you.
100% Chardonnay. Dosage 2g/l. -

July 9, 2018 - Dinner at Marta (NYC): A nicely done Extra Brut with 2 g/l of Dosage. Disgorged 2/2018. Good richness and fleshy sweetness to the fruit despite the low dosage. Plenty of mineral to add nuance. Well balanced and energetic.
