Juicy cranberry, black cherry, licorice, balsamic, minerals and pepper. Medium plus acidity with medium tannins and finish. Give this 60 minutes for the tannins to settle down. One bottle left.

August 23, 2023 - Рубиновый цвет средней плотности с гранатовым оттенком, прозрачное. В аромате красные и чёрные ягоды, джем, кожа, ваниль, животинка, мясо, сливки, корица, кофе, копчёные ноты. Во вкусе плотное, кислотность выше среднего, интенсивные танины. На дне обнаружено довольно много осадка. Довольно развитóе, но в отличной форме и ещё полежало бы легко. 91/100 Riposa in pace, Italiano vero! 🇮🇹
March 20, 2023 - Big nose, lots of cherry, medium dusty tannin and acid finish.
November 6, 2022 - Red berries , savoury notes a full taste in a glass. Needs to open - decanted for 90 min.
June 3, 2022 - Lovely wine with hints of flowers, red fruit and earthy aromas.
Savory with cranberries, raspberry, orange , oak, cherry and some thirst quenching blackberry at the end. 6 months ago i didn't get that savoury taste, also no spice and herbs like last time. Soft tannins and medium acidity
Give it about 30 minutes for it to start unwinding.

January 22, 2022 - This wine Smells of violet, oak, Cherry , cranberry, leather and orange. On the palate you get dried cherry , cranberry, hints of dark fruit , leather ,orange , herbs, cedar and spice that goes away after some decanting. Great acidity followed with some dry tannins at the end.
December 28, 2021 - Full bodied with firm tannins, took a while to mellow out. The fruit was forward with cherries, berries and earthiness. I found the aftertaste a little strong and fermented like, could be a bad bottle will try again.
May 9, 2021 - deep ruby, cear colour - very good. nose: sweet, ripe, red and black cherries; some earthiness, tobacco; later some tarter plums with stones. taste: high acidity; medium (+) tannins volume; quite samll grainy but bit drying. Crisp red and black cherries; some balsamic notes, sweet spice, oaky notes. Elegant, still fresh with long finish.
